Just Another Post

Maybe your wondering what’s the purpose of this pose. Well, this post doesn’t contain that much information or any other new stuff relalting to the blog. I just wanted to say that I have updated the Works Completed page where I placed and informed the supervisors about my work. It shows a definite and works of the past. See ya!~

News and Pages

It’s been quite a long time since I last write a post here. Due to the long break, I was away from the computer, and almost totally forgot about updating any of the pages. Luckily, there is this friend of mine that remind me of updating this blog and there are new works to be done quick. I was in a panic, and rushed to my computer and started to compile all and type them all down. And so the work is right here and here.

Oh, and I have some revision regarding my photo book. The photos will be mainly photos of tips and people’s effort to save the environment. Photos of nature life and today’s nature surrounding will also be included, but not as much. Well, see ya in the submission!

Investigation and Usage

For some reason, I can’t a page for my investigation form. However, if you want to see the resources I’ve consulted it can be viewed here. From what I have collected, I realized that most of my resources are not from the Internet, but from books, magazines, and interviewing. For now, the resources may look small and tiny, not so much to look at. But I will eventually add more with the flow of time. Also, for those writing a report or something similar, you can use this blog as a guiding path. I hope this blog of mine is useful for you and if you have any questions regarding writing the report or the photo book I’ll be creating, just leave a comment somewhere around the blog. See ya!

Missing Post!?

For some reason, the post which stated about my final introduction draft was missing, and I couldn’t find it any where. Anyway, putting that aside, here is a new post that states the submission of my final introduction. The written work is posted in the Writing the Introduction III page. Other updates will follow up next Wednesday, and more resources will come too….

Nine Resources in Two Weeks!~

Maybe I’ll just repeat my self here. It has been two weeks since I added new resources, and during that time I gathered nine resources in total. Those resources are made up of newspapers, magazines, and interviews. The new resources is avaliable at the Resources Consulted page. Enjoy looking through them!

Second Draft & Information

As what the schedule says, the second draft of my introduction should be due on Friday, August 21, 2009, or today as I’m writing this post. For more, check out this page of the second draft. I have also sent a email containing the introduction to the supervisor as I’m writing this post too. Also, I added some information about the environment and other miscellaneous stuff considering the environment. The first one I’ve posted is a folklore originated from Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, Indonesia. It will surely adds up two every week. See ya!

New Resource

Another update!

Today I have update my section of Work Compelted. I have added three new resources from a magazine called Tempo. Three of them revolves around the environment, containing the purification of carbon dioxide and the first large micro hydro in Jogjakarta. More information and updates still to come in the nest near future.

Oh, almost forgot…. For those visiting the site who is of Indonesian nationality, don’t forget to raise up the Red and White flag of our country. Let’s make Indonesia free from the destruction of nature!

Tips & Knowledge

Since the beginning of this blog started being active, there isn’t much inside the blog, and I think everyone can see that. Well, today I found a handful of tips and knowledge, and I’m thinking of posting it here. By posting it, I can show my supervisor that I’m actually doing my project with all my might. Also, the photo section is empty, nothing is inside. I wanted to post something there, but I still haven’t got anything. Some of the photos there will also be included in the photo book I’m working on.

The product that is in process has some changes made. In the beginning, I planned only having photos, but after thinking more than twice, I decided to add some introduction and information. The introduction and information only covers around two to three pages of the book. If you want a more detailed information, I am posting it here in this blog. The book will not only contain photos of the micro hydro power plant, but also contains photos of butterfly haven and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ujung Kulon. I post this just today because I haven’t had time to post anything here.

Welcome to Carldica’s Friendly Site

Learning to save the environment is one thing. But learning alone will not do any to save the environment. One must act to really save the environment, and without action, what changes can one make. None is the best answer.

This site, like what the title said, is to promote and persuade people to save the environment with more action. What’s inside mostly contain journal of my progressing project to contribute to the environment. The finish product will be completed by the end of the year, which is five months from now. It will be published into 20 books total and distributed around the school and outside school.

What can I say more? I think this is all I can say here. Maybe there is just too much to say it all here. Look so tiny and does not contain a lot of information, eh. Some time in the future I’ll try to add more. See you later!
