This page is about how I interviewed people that has done the project. Each person has their own unique work and each has their own opinion for what I have to do in the future so my work would be better. I interviewed three people, all boys, but their works are splendid. Below is the anwers I get from them. As for the answers, I modified them to look better in your eyes because the answers are just plain answers.
Interview with Ryan C. Setiono
- His work is awesome. He is one of the few students who created and composed his own music, and produce it into a CD. Aldilo is another student who decided to compose his own music. The process of his work seems difficult to do. He needs to go to a recording studio, and have to make appointments with various people so that his work would be done before he meets the deadline. Producing the songs took him around six months to complete. After finishing the songs, he then printed out his album cover.
- Like many other famous artists, he had problems with time management. It took him hours to accomplish just one song, or even days. He also had problems dealing with people. He needed to make appointments with professionals, so that they will have their schedule fixed.
- His only suggestion is to have proper time management. Making appointments with people should be handled properly and he told me to choose the right recording studio.
Interview with Aulya Ebyl Salsabila
- Ebyl’s project was almost the same with Ryan. However, honestly, his work is behind those of Ryan and Aldilo in terms of sound quality and remixing. His work was the simplest and easiest from his other two friends. What he did was only remixing top 10 songs with a play of angklung. He select the songs than mixed it with Garage Band, a basic program to remix songs. It may sound easy, but it was harder than expected. He had to redo over and over, since he’s only equipment is a simple basic program and standard speakers.
- Ebyl said so that his having problems with the sound quality. Like what he said, he only uses simple and basic remixing program, which resulted in a low quality sound. His also not expecting more from what he have.
- In that, he recommended to mix songs like what Ryan did. He told me to record in a proper studio, where they have a proper equipment and the quality might be even higher.
Interview with Deodatus Gratias Rabuka Sadikin
- Tias, he made a somewhat unique to the others in grade 10. He made a novel of more 150 pages thick, and it was pretty interesting. I like how he wrote the story, it almost grabbed my attention fully. Anyway, he had to find a lot of inspiration to start his novel. It was quite difficult. Then he start writing till he reaches an end. Printing was not so difficult, since now printing stores are almost everywhere, and able to print a book.
- Like most of other tenth grader, he had troubles with time managing, and he was most troubled in finding new inspirations. It wasn’t easy to keep on writing thousands of words continuosly.
- He suggested that if I want to make a novel, I should consider myself able to keep on writing. And inspirations should have come even before the project started, and better time managing.
