As you can see, the title speaks of itself. If you don’t understand, this is where I’m making a survey in order for my project to go smoothly. Before I continue on my project, I have to make sure that I’m making something that everyone expects. That is why I’m making a survey. This is a creative research survey system that I have made up. Below is the outline of my survey. The time I’ll be surveying is not fixed, but I hope I can at least surveyed 10 people this week.
The Creative Research Survey System:
Establish the Goals of the Project
What do I want to learn or to know? (Objectives)
Since I was just in fifth grade, I was aware of the destruction of the world. I just want to change it somehow into what was the beautiful planet was. I can’t do a thing that time, since people won’t believe, or even listen to a kid’s talk. Now I can freely talk and express my ideas. What I want to learn or to know or my objectives in my project is to create an awareness about the destruction of the current planet. I wanted to know how many people are concern about the environment.
Determine My Sample. Mini Survey Minimum 20 People
Whom will I interview?
My target audience for my personal project is a community of 20 to 65 years old. The community doesn’t have to be in one particular area, at least I can interview the target age. The community is not limited to those who are uneducated, but also to those who are educated. I just want to remind them again about the suffering environment even though they already knew.
Choose Interviewing Methodology
How will I interview?
Today’s a modern world, and there are a lot of methods or ways I can conduct my interview. One way that I can interview people is through the Internet’s social network such as Facebook, Windows Live Messenger, Twitter, and Multiply, or even through emails. Through that, I can obtain answers in real-time, meaning I can get them straight and direct. From all that, I personally choose Facebook, as it is the most common among people, and I use it most of the time. There will be 10 questions altogether, concerning my personal project.
Create the Questionnaire
What will I ask ?
The questions below are just temporary or experimental questionnaires. It will change in due time with the suggestions of my supervisor.

- Any ideas that will make the book look attractive to all people?
- Is presenting the book not to the target audience okay? Give reasons!
- Any ideas on how I should present the book?
- How much will the book cost at production approximately?
- How many copies are needed to distribute the book?
- Is charging the book okay? Yes or no?
